Planning Permission is being sought by Sophia Housing Association CLG at Saint John of God Convent, College Road, Kilkenny, Protected Structure (RPS Reg number B23). The area of the existing floor is Ground Floor = 593.4m², First Floor = 531.4m², & Second Floor = 538.6m². The development will consist of the following and all associated site works and services:
• Change of use of the existing Presentation Convent over 3 floors to 14 no. apartments comprising of the following:
o 7 no. 1 bedroom 2-person apartments.
o 2 no. 2 bedroom 3-person apartments.
o 1 no. 2 bedroom 4-person apartment.
o 2 no. 3 bedroom 5-person apartments.
