for a residential development comprising 30 no. residential units consisting of 22 no. four bedroom two-storey detached houses with optional habitable accommodation in the attic space and 8 no. four bedroom two-storey semi-detached houses with optional habitable accommodation in the attic space; the construction of a new vehicular access onto Callan Road to the south-west of the existing gateway which will be closed; the construction of a new foul sewage pumping station and a new stone wall boundary to the Callan Road and all associated site works on lands
