The proposed development comprises:an extension to the existing store measuring approximately 104 sqm gross floor space, increasing the gross floor space of the store from 1,381 sqm to 1,485 sqm. The proposed extension is single storey with a flat roof and located to the south side of the existing store and will be finished with materials consistent with the existing store. The proposed development also comprises 4 no poster panel signs to be erected on the south and west elevations of the proposed extension, an enclosed plant area adjoining the proposed extension, internal modifications/connections to the existing store, modifications to carparking and all associated works and the provision of a pedestrian/vehicular barrier along the existing access road
